Call for Special Session Proposals | 征集说明

The ICSAFR Organizing Committee invites proposals for Special Sessions of ICSAFR 2027.
ICSAFR 组委会现面向各界征集 2027 年专题分会场提案。

Special sessions complement the regular technical program by highlighting new and emerging research topics or innovative applications of established approaches. The topic of a special session proposal should be timely and compelling.
专题分会场作为正式技术议程的补充,聚焦前沿新兴研究方向与成熟技术的创新应用,提案主题需具备时效性与学术价值。

Please submit proposals (approximately 3 pages) in .doc format by email to the icsafr_conf@163.com.
请将提案文档(约 3 页)整理为 .doc 格式,发送至邮箱:icsafr_conf@163.com。

Required Contents / 提案必备内容:

  • Title and abstract:
    Propose a title and a brief abstract of no more than approximately 200 words that will allow conference attendees to understand the topic and the focus of the special session.
    标题与摘要:拟定分会场标题,并撰写不超过 200 词的摘要,清晰说明专题研究方向与核心内容。
  • Rationale:
    Please explain why the topic of the special session is novel and timely, why it is relevant to the ICSAFR community and how it possibly fits within the innovation themes listed above.
    选题说明:阐述主题的创新性、时效性,说明其与 ICSAFR 学术领域的关联性,以及契合大会创新主题的依据。
  • Proposed speakers:
    Provide a list of all talks, speakers, and co-authors (in each associated paper). Technical sessions are normally expected to have 6-8 papers. In exceptional cases (like industrial talks, or contribution by particularly renowned speakers) it may be possible to have sessions of one talks without an associate paper or a talk which will have a double-time slot for the presentation. In these cases, please contact the Special Sessions Chairs in advance (before submitting your proposal) to explain the rationale of your request.
    报告嘉宾:列出所有报告、主讲人及论文合著者。常规专题分会场建议设置 6-8 篇报告;特邀产业报告、知名专家主旨报告等特殊形式可单场设置1个报告,或申请双倍报告时长。此类特殊安排请在提交提案前,提前联系专题分会场负责人说明情况。
  • Biographies:
    Provide a short bio-sketch of the session proposers.
    提案人简介:附上专题提案人的个人简介。
