The fees below are displayed in USD or CNY, you can choose whether to pay in USD or CNY according to your situation.
会议可接受 美金 / 人民币 双币种付款，参会者可根据自身情况自由选择支付币种。

5. Registration Benefits 注册权益说明
Full Paper Registration (Author) 全文作者注册权益：
Includes attendance in all conference sessions, one oral presentation opportunity, official paper publication, complete conference documents, conference lunch, dinner and coffee breaks.
包含全程会议旁听、论文汇报资格、论文正式出版、全套会议资料、会议三餐及茶歇。
Abstract / Presenter Only Registration 仅汇报注册权益：
Includes attendance in all conference sessions, one oral presentation opportunity, conference documents, conference lunch, dinner and coffee breaks (without paper publication).
包含全程会议旁听、论文汇报资格、会议资料、会议三餐及茶歇（不含论文出版）。
Listener / Delegate Registration 听众参会注册权益：
Includes attendance in all conference sessions, conference documents, conference lunch, dinner and coffee breaks (no presentation and no publication).
包含全程会议旁听、会议资料、会议三餐及茶歇（无汇报、无论文出版资格）。
6. Important Notes 注册须知
- One regular author registration covers 5 pages paper (including figures, tables and references). Any extra pages will be charged additionally.
- Student discount is only valid for student first authors (co-author students cannot enjoy student pricing).
- Each accepted paper requires at least one author to complete author registration to ensure paper publication and presentation qualification.
- Registration fee does not include accommodation fees. All participants need to book hotel rooms independently.
- One author with multiple registered papers only enjoys one attendance qualification and one set of conference proceedings.
- Additional papers, extra pages, training courses and one-day tours are all optional chargeable items.
7. Refund Policy 退款条款
If you cannot attend the conference, registration fees are non-refundable, but substitute presenters are acceptable.
作者无法参会不予退费，可更换报告人代为参会。
Personal Cancellation Refund Standard 个人取消退款标准：
• 60 days before conference: 60% refund
• 30–60 days before conference: 40% refund
• Within 30 days before conference: No refund
All refund requests must be submitted formally via email. Force majeure situations are not covered by the refund policy. The organizing committee reserves the right to adjust conference time and venue.
8. Official Invoice & Conference Regulations 官方发票与参会规范
Official Receipt / Invoice 官方收据与发票
After successful registration and payment, the official conference receipt will be issued. Participants can collect the original paper receipt together with conference materials on-site.
注册缴费成功后，组委会将统一开具官方正规参会收据，参会者可在会议现场领取纸质原版发票/收据及全套会议资料。
For Chinese authors who pay via USD account, the receipt is legally compliant with Chinese fiscal regulations and can be used for official reimbursement.
中国作者美金账户付款可开具国内正规可报销税务收据，支持正常报销。
If you need an electronic scanned receipt before the conference, please contact the conference secretary via email in advance.

Conference Entry & Safety Rules 入场与安全须知
All participants must wear the official name badge during the whole conference period for venue entry. Name badges are non-transferable and shall not be lent to non-participants. Unauthorized personnel are not allowed to enter the conference venue.
参会人员全程需佩戴参会证件入场，证件严禁外借非参会人员，禁止携带无关人员进入会议会场。
Participants are fully responsible for their personal property and safety. The organizing committee will not be liable for any loss or damage of personal belongings during the conference.
会议期间请自行保管个人财物与贵重物品，如有遗失，组委会不承担相关责任。
Accommodation 会议住宿:
Accommodation is not included in registration fee, the delegates need reserve rooms themselves,we advise you reserve rooms as early as you can. Except the conference hotel, you are free to reserve rooms nearby.
会议注册费不包含会议住宿，会务组建议作者尽早预定。参会人员可预定会议酒店或是周边的酒店。
